Market Talk: A Deep Dive into Rising Prices and Soybean’s Market Outlook

Mac Marshall, vice president of market intelligence for the United Soybean Board and the U.S. Soybean Export Council, was a guest on American Ag Network’s “Market Talk” podcast to discuss the recent rise in soybean prices and provide a general market outlook.

Marshall provided a historical perspective on soybean exports and how the U.S. is on an excellent export record pace. He shared USDA’s soybean export forecast number of 61 million metric tons (or two and a quarter billion bushels), which is more than half of this year’s crop.
