Maryland Soybean Board Working to Advance Road Safety for Large Farm Equipment

The Maryland Soybean Board has developed a new slow-moving-vehicle training module. USB farmer-leader and Chair of the Maryland Soybean Board, Belinda Burrier explained how the module was developed on RFD-TV’s “Market Day Report”.

“The Maryland Soybean Board was running a survey to find out why there were so many farm accidents on the highways, and we found that car drivers were causing these accidents. So, we wanted to develop a safety plan and that was how we came up with the idea.”
