RFD-TV: USB Partners with Farm Youth Exchange
RFD-TV interviewed April Hemmes, soy checkoff farmer-leader and Iowa farmer, on the checkoff’s partnership with the International Farm Youth Exchange. The program sent five students to Germany for a three-month, immersive agricultural experience as part of the U.S. international exchange program.
“I can’t think of a better way to invest in future leaders — to give them the chance to understand the global impact U.S. soybeans have and how they provide that sustainable solution for every life, every day,” said Hemmes.
